The Hard Dick Lifestyle: Stay Chronically Attached
Hamza ran two experiments on himself. In the first, he deliberately detached from his business: stopped reading comments, stopped checking analytics, stopped uploading content himself, handed everything to his team, and prioritized mental health and peace. His revenue dropped from roughly 110 to 120 thousand dollars a month down to around 60 thousand in the space of a couple of months. In the second, he did the opposite. He woke up between 3 and 5 in the morning, kept his screen time high, stayed inside his community replying to members, monitored his conversion rates, and said yes to every opportunity that appeared. His revenue climbed from 100 thousand to 140 thousand to 170 thousand a month inside two months. The insight is not that sleep deprivation is a strategy. It is that detachment is not neutral. When you stop watching your sales page conversion rate, it gets worse and you do not know. When you stop being inside the community, customers quietly cancel. When you stop generating content at high volume, your reach contracts and fewer new people find your product. Hamza's word for the opposite posture is chronically attached, and he argues it is the only honest description of what high-earning periods actually look like from the inside.
