Add Micro Sucks On Purpose
Insert one genuinely unwanted small task, a micro suck, into your day once or twice, choosing real reluctance over comfort or harm.
Andrew Huberman says
I add small, safe doses of resistance on purpose, calling them micro sucks. These only work if the task genuinely produces reluctance, not if I've made it easy or enjoyable.
Try this
Choose a small task you genuinely don't want to do, and do it despite the reluctance.
